Be sure to call the car owner when delays happen...the texts were great but the promised day came and went with no contact. Beyond that I was pleased with the overall experience. My car is fixed and home and that was the goal.

Geico Rep needs to be more Professional!! Walking in I was Welcome by Geico exiting the Geico rep could have care less I didn't get any kind of communication from the Geico Rep to find out if everything was okay and if I was happy with all services I actually had a situation and was brushed off by the Geico Rep to take my problem to the front desk of Glen's Express because she had a appointment with someone else!! It's sad!!! Geico push their customers to come here to do business with Glenn Express and Their own Geico Rep is shady and unprofessional!! Never again!!!
