I liked that I was able to get text messages along the way to keep me updated as to the status on the repairs. Service was friendly from the time I called to make an appointment and even came in in person to drop off my van, all people interacted with were very friendly. The repairs look great and my van was cleaner when I picked it up then when I left it, it had been washed and vacuumed out. Thank you all for a job well done .

My seat was filthy. It looked like somebody sat in the seat with greasy clothes. There were little black marks all over the seat as well. My floor mat was dirty with white footprints. They vacuumed the mat and attempted to clean the seat. The little black marks came off, but the greasy spots were worse the next day. The seat was soaking wet when I got in. The manager put towels down for me since I had to go to work. My husband says the quarter panel looks like it is not lined up. We would like for them to look at it. No attention to little details!!
