The first time I picked up my car, I refused to take it due to sub optimal quality such overspray, imperfections in the paint such as dust and debris, poor prep work and overall poor outcome. Mike agreed that the work was not up to standards and it was addressed; however, I would not recommend your work to others as you were willing to let it go as complete the first time.

I thought everyone was very nice and professional. I got my car back looking great in the time I was quoted. The only thing I thought could have been better was the amount of time it took to get my car in the shop to be worked on. It was about three weeks before they could work on it. Obviously a very busy place and not the fault of coast Cadillac or its employees, perhaps that is standard I'm not sure. Overall however, a very good experience.

The personnel in the office of your body shop were very polite. Your company needs to be aware that an emphasis needs to be put on quality assurance. It is inexcusable that I should have to pick up my vehicle only to point out that the work is not done properly. A smile and politeness does not make shoddy workmanship exceptible.
