My car was parked when someone hit the front driver-side bumper and fender. Knocked by bumper away from the fender,damaged my fender, cracked the side light,caused some other damage. You guys did an awesome job withe the replacement and repairs!I am so pleased with everything that I see!You even cleaned the interior of my car...o' my goodness! I am overjoyed with the end result. If I had the cash, I would give every person who had anything to do with repairing my car, $20.00 each for lunch!Thank you for everything! R.J.Dorsey

The timely and consistent feedback and updates were professional and very effective. However, I didn't like the fact that the Enterprise/Geico representatives were NOT present at the time the rental car was returned to a) verify that it was returned in the same flawless condition it was received and (b)to release my $100 deposit which was still being held after the loaner car was returned.

When I picked up my vehicle there was a box in my trunk with a part inside of it that looked like it was supposed to be placed on my vehicle but was told it was not. I went and ask them why was this box and part was in my vehicle and they said it was left on accident it belonged to someone eles car. Also I have to take time out my scedule to make it back over there to have a front tag Braket placed on the front of my vehicle because it was not done when it was suppose to be done by your auto shop
