My car was repaired the same day and they did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional. I also had called AAA for a dead battery a few days earlier and the technician, Jim, was very helpful and knowledgable about hybrid cars. He recommended Touch of Class for the loose spoiler on my car and I am very pleased that I had them do the work.

Work was excellent. We are extremely pleased with how car turned out. Staff was great. We received call that there was more damage so another part had to be ordered and there would be a delay. The problem was with the texts. After being told it would be delayed, I received two texts it would be done on original date. We didn't receive a text about the new completion date until my husband arrived to check if it would be done that day. Then on second completion date I received text it was done and would be ready and when my husband got there he was told it was not done because glass man didn't show up! If you are going to use texting be sure facts are straight.
