Vehicle was damaged by Rothrock service dept. It took 5 weeks to get car in for repair. Only because I kept calling Then after repeatedly telling collision center that after the accident the windshield washer fluid did not squirt and them assuring me it would be fixed along with front fender damage. I went to pick up van and the washer fluid pump was NOT fixed. I was late for work as I had to sit there for over an hour until they came out and said. They needed to replace the washer fluid motor

Rothrock was unreliable, incompetent, and not customer oriented. They had a very slow turn around. They broke parts of my car, used my gas, delayed return, and didn't fix appropriate parts. I would never do business with them again nor recommend their service to anyone!

We were just dissatisfied with how long it took. You had our car for a week and a half before you even started working on it. The first few days were understandable because of the holiday weekend, but for an extra week, that's just unacceptable. Other than that, I liked the text updates, and we're glad our car was fixed properly.

The work was superior, however there seems to be some discrepancy with bill. It appears that Rothrock overcharged me by 1000.

There was a complete lack of communication from the collision dept regarding the status if my vehicle. It was towed to Rothrock and sat in the lot for at least a week before an estimator even bothered to look at it. This delay in service was not communicated to me until I called and left a few messages asking someone for an update. From that point forward every step in the repair process seemed to be delayed and, once again, I never received any updates from Rothrock. What another mechanic said would take a week to repair took nearly three times as long with your collision dept. during which we had to absorb the cost of a rental car as we waited. I'm overall disappointed in the service and have no plans to do any future business with your company in the future.

I have dealt with Rothrock for over a year with the same problem with this vehicle. Took forever to get answers. I got tired of sitting there for hours hearing that they can not find the answer. Now that the vehicle is fixed or so I hope I am still not happy with the whole experience and I do not plan to deal with Rothrock in the future.
