The work was done quickly and without the several week wait of other body shops. The staff was very friendly and the rental car being in house was convenient.

The start time on my car was delayed by 3 days for no reason. Doug my service advisor lied to me about what was going on with repair. He never returned any of my calls or call me back when he said he would. This led to me going to pick up my car and it not being ready for pickup. After I called Doug at 10 a.m. and he said it would be ready by 4:30 or he would call me. I pick d up car with a minor repair still pending.
