I loved the status updates whether it was by text, email, or phone. I also loved that everything was made easy for me as a customer and that I did not have to worry about a thing and that I was provided a rental.

Lisa was a wonderful point of contact with your company. She had a great attitude and really made me feel like my car was in good hands. Yes, that was an Allstate joke but seriously, Lisa was great. All the crew in the back deserves my thanks as well. Four days seemed really fast for how much work was done. You guys even went to the lengths of vacuuming the inside of my car so that it was clean when I picked it up. So cool!
