I was very happy the way I was treated by these 3 main contacts... Chantel, Alex, and Nik. Chantel was very courteous and always greeted me with a smile. Alex did an excellent job with his cross training experience to help me out at the front desk so none of my repairs would be delayed. I can't say enough about the job Nik did. He was very professional and helpful throughout the process. I loved getting the daily status updates on my car. Nik also went above and beyond his duties to make sure I did not get my car back until both he and I were 100% satisfied. Great job to the entire ABRA team that worked on my car.
