I was told my vehicle was good to go, but as soon as I drove off my Wrangler was making a screetching sound. I don't understand how they didn't notice that. I couldn't go back to the office because they already had closed. I'm very upset with how my vehicle turned out and I would never recommend this company to anyone!

The staff was very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. The work appears to be well done and within a reasonable time frame. Although, I'm not looking forward to me or any of my family members being involved in any future wrecks, but if that happenance occurs, I would come back. Although in the past, I've been pretty loyal to Nationwide Auto Body, giving another shop an opportunity like ABRA and having a pleasant result, has been an eye opener.

In 43 years of driving I've never had to submit a claim so I was new to all this and the staff over at Abre were wonderful they guided me through the whole process. I had my car back in 2 days and it looks great. Would recommend everyone to take their vehicle to Abre. Great job
