My truck was completely taken care of, the team did an excellent job making sure all issues were resolved, especially regarding the safety restraint system.
I don't know the technician's name, but he did an excellent job with my truck, and I would not know that it had been in an accident.
Amy Holcomb made sure I knew what was going on with my truck every day. If Amy was busy or out for the day, Amy ****made sure I was kept in the loop. Ms. ****also made sure anything that came up after the adjuster had looked at my truck was addressed appropriately and was taken care of.
I will not hesitate to use this shop again.

I think that there needs to be a better quality review of the car. I saw swirl marks and if I saw them at my age your staff should have seen them. I also found that the text messages re status were a good idea but were not accurate. They lead me to believe the car was further along then it was and set expectations which were not met
