We took our vehicle in for an estimate. They estimated the cost to be 1300$. They said once they took the car apart it was 2600$. I told them to wait because this was out of pocket work. The lady who hit my car and was paying asked for me to get a second opinion. Abra charged us $225 to release the car that belongs to ME, back to me. I had not signed anything to give the go ahead to work with the new estimate. We are very disappointed and will never go back.

Amy Fredrick and Amy Holcomb were completely amazing. I just moved from Arkansas to Ohio and wrecked my car... I didn’t know where to go or what to do. The Amy’s made a really tough day not so bad. When 2 of the car rental places didn’t have anything available they had resources and helped us locate a car! They called or text every day to give me updates on my repairs. Almost $15k in damages and they did a great job! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY WORK!!! Abra is our new Auto Body home! I would recommend them to anyone!
