The repairs that were completed were very well done. Unfortunately the shop seemed very disorganized. When I made the first appointment I was asked if any other repairs needed to be made on a seperate bill and at a discount. I told this person that I wanted a dent in the door fixed. When the estimate was completed I told the two workers about the small dent. They gave me an estimate for that repair. When I dropped the car off the same worker started completely redoing the estimate. After telling him it was just being dropped off, I again pointed out the small dent. After they were told 3 times, it was not fixed. They offered to make a new appointment for that repair, but I think they lost their chance to fix it.

Went to pick up my vehicle and vehicle would not start. Battery was completely depleted and had to jump the vehicle to leave. Extremely dissatisfied with how things went. The vehicle would not go out of 2nd gear when it was brought in due to an accident and after having to jump the car the problem still existed 5 min into driving away from the facility.

I have had work done at a couple body shops around town over the years. I am always hunting them down and trying to get an update or arguing with them over the sub par work that they do when it comes to the fit and finish of my repair. I never had any of those issues with Abra. You guys messaged me so often I actually never worried about what was being done.
