I was not at all satisfied with the quality of work that was performed on my car. I went in with damage caused by a hit and run. Know I am also dealing with damage caused by the auto shop ABRA. This is not what I thought this experience would be not at all what I expected. What should have been a week turnaround on my car repair is now going on two weeks and counting.

The process of dropping my car off, getting the rental, meeting the adjuster, returning the rental, was all very quick and easy. I honestly was expecting this process to be more complicated but it certainly wasn't. The guys there were very wonderful to means reassured me that the work done on my car would be done correctly. When they described all the work it seemed like a lot, but I'm very happy that they were updated me the whole time my car was in the shop. It out my mind at ease. I really appreciated the fact that they took care of some rust spots near where work needed to be done! To me it looks like it was never even there. The guys there were very willing to work with me on extra damage i had in my car that wasn't apart of the job they had to do.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the work done to my car, and I had absolutely NO problems at all when I pulled out of the lot with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this place in the future or even return myself if I needed more work done. Thank you Abra!!
