I appreciate the service on my car. It's just that when I picked it up my passenger seat was filthy as if someone had sat in it dirty and did not protect my seats. Also the receptionist got distracted with another customer and charged my card 500 for my deductible when it should have only been 250. I was upset about that, however I have had my car fixed in the past by this company and have had great service.

Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Even when picking up the car- one of the workers noticed we were looking over the car, he asked us- “how did we do?” After pointing out a scuff mark- he returned with a rag and some white solution and buffed it right out. He said- “how’s that?” It meant so much that he was so concerned about my satisfaction with their work! Would absolutely use their service in the future. They did an exceptional job! Considering what brought me there- damage to my vehicle- it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a body shop.
