Dealing with abra was a pleasure. Was able to take my truck in for repairs within hrs of my wreck. The kept me informed of where we were during repair process. Work was finished before date expected. They also took care of rental vehicle coming and going. Thanks again

The only issue was getting parts from Mercedes. This slowed the process of the repair. As I said otherwise I am very satisfied.

Repair work and customer service on the car was terrific.
Only problem was a long wait during the estimate visit...evidently no one had recorded my appointment time. And the guy with an appointment after me, not only had to wait for me but also a walk-up client that came in. What is the value of an appointment with that kind of process?
