****) When I was there initially, they asked if I wanted to be kept up to date by email or text. I said "email". But the emails I got were basically useless, and I kept getting calls with updates. I would have preferred to get those updates by email, and for the emails that I did get with no information, that those would not have been sent.
2) It was confusing being called by both Abra and Geico with conflicting information. On Wednesday 4/15 the Abra person called saying "We're looking at early next week". On Thursday 4/16 Geico called saying "we're still on track to be finished tomorrow!" Then Friday 4/17 Abra called again saying "We're still on track for next week". It would be better if they communicated more accurately.
