Travis was there to explain everything when I dropped off the car and when I returned to pick it up. Appreciated the frequent updates from Megan on status reassuring knowing how things are going. I've had the car back only half a day so far, but everything looks great and I'm sure there are people in the back I didn't get to meet who I should thank for a job well done. Also liked how GEICO is right there, makes things easy. I have a couple friends looking for repairs too and will definitely tell them about ABRA. Thanks!

I think the work you did is quality, but we were told that we might have the car back on Friday. Then on Friday, we were told it would be Monday. Then Monday, it still wasn't ready. The promise to deliver fell a little short of our expectations. Thanks.
