I noticed when I got home that the bezel for the replacement fog light does not match the other one. There is a chrome trim around the light which, although it looks nice, is not on the passenger side.

The customer service was EXCELLENT and the timing was quick and easy. However, when I picked up my car, the turn signal wasn't working any more (it was working just fine when I dropped it off for repairs). I drove all the way home, only to have to return the next day to get the turn signal fixed. I brought it back and everybody was apologetic and it was quickly fixed, but really shouldn't have happened in the first place.

The attention to details is missing. I have to return to the shop tomorrow because the lock cover on the door is missing - it's obvious to look at and should have been taken care of at the shop. Additionally, the interior handle looks like a screwdriver was used to remove some part and has cut gouges into it - sharp points that were definitely not there when we brought in the car.
Overall, the contact from your customer service manager was fabulous but the workmanship fails to live up to the promise.
