Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Seattle (Magnolia)

4/19/19 Once my car got into Abra, all went wonderfully well; superb job. It was getting it in that was a mess. After GEICO did an estimate took a while for me to check and see if actually doing the repair would affect my rates; they said "no" - the accident itself. Called the Thorndyke office to set up and said I had a GEICO estimate for repair for my car; would like to set an apptmt. My accident was 3/25/19 - saw /Graham/GEICO 3/26/19. Called Abra and got Cynthia - was told I couldn't get in until May. When I expressed my surprise at such a lengthy delay saying I'd worked w/GEICO/Abra before; never had to wait that long to get a repair. She transferred me to Cat. She reiterate they couldn't get me in until 3PM May 28 - I was not a happy camper, but took it. Called GEICO to let them know I had a repair apptmt. When I told them when my repair date was, Rylie/GEICO said she might be able to get me an earlier date. We talked about two dates I would be out of town; got back to me and said Cat had 3 dates available the week of April 15 - she put us on a 3-way conversation. Cat booked me for 2PM Mon., 4/15. EVERYTHING AFTER GETTING IT IN WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE-CAR LOOKS GREAT AND BRIAN WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. Carol A. Sund

Everything went pretty smoothly. Communication was good and was a surprisingly quick and easy process to get my car fixed and back to normal. I hope my doesn’t get rear ended again but if it does I’d bring it back to Abra.

Absolutely wonderful staff!!! My car was fixed perfectly, communication was a breeze and it was done on time. They are fantastic to work with.

All of the staff were extremely friendly AND efficient. The person that handled my reoairs kept me informed every step of the way and gave me information all along the way. PLUS they cleaned out my dirty filthy interior and I felt I had a new car

I've had two separate repairs done within the last month. Both where finished ahead of schedule and every opportunity to accommodate my needs we're taken.

Cinthia shared with me that some of parts received from Lexus were damaged and had to be sent back. I really appreciate that Abra was exacting and although it delayed repairs, ensured the repairs were to the standards of the original state. I also greatly appreciated the regular updates on status of repair. Very impressed by the service.

Everyone was great and made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands.
