I had an incredibly positive experience with ABRA, Megan Warshaw who kept in frequent contact with me regarding the status of my vehicle, and the quality of the work conducted when all is said and done.
My only complaint is that the repair took a whopping 2 weeks to complete, including a five day delay - for a single part - that I feel could have been avoided had the body shop preemptively purchased the part should they have foreseen that they *might've* required it, and upon which should they have deemed the part unnecessary I'm assuming they could have return to the supplier for a refund?
In spite of this, I *will* return to ABRA again, but will do so with a firmer footing on the issue of getting my car back in a timely manner.

I was told twice that my car was finished only to pick it up and be told they were waiting for one last thing to be done, so in fact it wasn't done. The work done was good but I didn't appreciate being told my car was done when it wasn't.
