The repair looks great, very happy with the way the staff kept me so well-informed throughout. However, there were problems at both drop off and pickup due to coordination / communication problems with the insurance company, which was a huge surprise since the rep is sitting literally in the same office. Info about the correct deductible and about the appearance allowance was not properly communicated, leading to confusion, and negative experiences. That said, I cannot tell if the issue is ABRA or Geico, but certainly unpleasant. Otherwise, though, all was great.
