The people at Total Auto Body were very nice and explained the process that they would be doing to repair my car. Everything from my rental car to the repair was handled very professionally and I was treated very well.

The updates on progress were helpful. The cleanliness of the vehicle upon delivery was appreciated. So far the quality of work was very good. I would say excellent but I've only driven it for a half hour . I would like to put on more miles before I comment further but it looks great just hoping it doesn't have performance issues.
