I am pleased with how easily and smoothly getting my car fixed was. My car was hit in a parking lot at about 12:30 on a Friday afternoon and by 4:30 that same afternoon I was driving away from First Choice Collision in my rental car. And exactly a week later I was driving my beautifully restored car away from First Choice. Allstate insurance and First Choice made what started out as a stressful situation into a satisfying experience.

I think the service was great and the people were awesome. The work on my car was handled with care. I like getting the text updates. The only problem is the white doesn't match. Because the car had a pearl white with specks. Doesn't look close as I was thinking it would. I know he said that you could notice it because it had three layers. But it does bother me.
