My license plates were lost or stolen during the time my car was undergoing repairs. While it's possible the repair shop who briefly had my vehicle in their possession misplaced them, the fact that my car was allowed off the First Choice Lot without plates in place is a pretty huge oversight and has created a great deal of inconvenience and time lost at work trying to rectify the matter. So far the actual repair work seems fine and customer service was nice and helpful, but the plates is a pretty big deal!

While a miscommunication regarding First Choice's loaner car policy forced me to alter plans & scramble to get a rent a car, I know that it wouldn't happen again now that I know the policy, and would not keep me from comming back. So, aside from the one-time issue here's my review:
First Choice was awesome to work with & they did a great job! They were friendly, informative & my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off (inside & out!). I was updated via txt as often as I wanted to be so that I knew when the car would be ready (&that they were still on schedule ????). I was glad that First Choice was suggested by Allstate. First Choice is now my 1st choice.
