I am not in any sense able to determine how long it takes to repair a car. Just guessing 6 weeks plus was way to long, can build a house in less time. Just received car back last night so can't comment on work done yet,but it did appear to looked pre accident. Not unhappy just confused on time to fix.

My car was only 4 months and a day old @ the time of my deer collision, and I was told the car would be returned to me in "like new" condition. The repair report claims my car was detailed, yet the seats and dash were covered in dust and debris from the repairs made, pieces of my deployed airbags still evident, as well as bug guts left on the exterior. Furthermore, the interior wiring of my driver's seat was dangling on the floor, as the upholstery cover was not in place, and that's not even mentioning the fact that the car was parked outside in the dark so I couldn't even view the exterior work that was done. This is the first unpleasant experience I've had with Steve Moyer, but one I won't soon forget.

We received a rental car from Steve moyer. When we returned it there was rear bumper damage. When my husband picked up the rental they did not do a walk around so we are not sure if the damage happened before or during the time we had the vehicle therefore we were charged 800.00 for the damage which I feel we should not have been liable for the entire amount. The body work was great but will not go there again. Was also treated rudely by Jessica in the body shop

Overall, I have been happy with the basic level of service. However, I'm disappointed with the lack of effective communication between staff to ensure vehicle delivery by the promised date. I am also disappointed with the quality of the repair work done to my vehicle.
