My car looks absolutely beautiful. The work done shows a lot of passion and consideration on the part of the mechanics. Not only did they do an amazing job it was done well before the estimated date given to me! I appreciate their hard work and dedication to giving me my brand new car back in prestige condition.

So far it has been a very disappointing experience. When my husband picked the car up because I was still at work, there were many items that were not repaired satisfactorily. There are scatches on the chrome around the rear window, there are several places in the paint that it looks they rubbed it with a brillo pad, the broke a clip or something that holds the black plastic thing in place on the edge of the trunk and the repair on the bumper looks like there are lots of tiny bubbles under the surface. I might be missing more I was so upset. We decided to buy a car from Steve Moyer Subaru based on reputation but haven't be wowed to this point. I am sure you will be hearing from my husband.Cindy Quick
