All aspects were great. The one piece that could be improved is the text messaging. Even though I had agreement with our service provider on a date for pickup, this was not reflected in the auto text messages. This caused some concern when I received a message that the car would be ready three days after the agreed-upon date. When I called to check on it, the receptionist seemed to think the text message was accurate. I would suggest that new dates be entered into the system to avoid confusion. Thank you!

There is a serious lack of communication between your shop and Geico. This is astounding considering there is a geico employee on site. I was not satisfied with my experience with your shop and i will be leaving a detailed review on Yelp, I will not recommend your shop to anyone, and I will never use your business again.
