Terry Stiehler and the rest of the team did a great job of getting my Volt repaired expeditiously beating the initial estimated completion time by a couple days. There was a minor issue with an error code that I had to return to get resolved but that too was addressed quickly and professionally. I really appreciated the automated email/text updates!

In reviewing the detail of repairs I noticed that the right front fender liner is listed as "other Damage not related" this fender liner should have been replaced in the July 2017 accident repair that Diehl performed on this vehicle. I will be contacting my insurance company to find out why. Please be patient I'm not upset at Diehl, I'm just not sure why a damaged part was not replaced.

I feel that when the car was tore down for initial repair all areas should have been checked. Your company took over a month to get it back to us. Every two to three days another part was needed. It seems to be the mechanic was not thorough in assessing repairs after an accident. If a tie end rod is bent the steering rack should have been checked at that time, not two days after repair. But my son's car is repaired and seems to be operating better. He practically has a new car.
