I am VERY satisfied with my experience at the Rowlett Service King (both personal treatment and quality of work). My service advisor, Melody, kept me informed through emails, texts and phone calls. She was extremely understanding and worked really hard for me. She made me feel as if I was the only customer but I know the center was very business. She never hurried me and always answered all my questions thoroughly. The center service workers/staff (as well as others off site at other shops needed to complete my work) worked extremely hard to get me my car when I needed it. I will most definitely use this location in the future. Thank you guys and gals for the professional work you all did! One of my favorite parts was when I got a text from Melody saying that my car was "ready to come home".
