Did not estimate repair correctly.
Had to resubmit to insurance an estimate.
Had to wait too long for parts.
Never hit the "promise complete date".
Service King had our vehicle for over THREE months for a quarter panel repair....WOW...(check your records to confirm this)
The repair center did cut our deductable from 1000 to 750...however, it should have been no charge for the amount of time they had our vehicle.
This particular center was a "preferred shop" by our insurance carrier...I will recommend it to be removed from their list.
