One quick thought regarding the estimate. When the estimate was verbalized I was told 3 or 4 days until the car was going to be completed. It was 7 days until I received a call. For planning purposes, it would be nice to have a more accurate idea of how long the repairs would truly take to complete. Overall, the experience was positive. I would have no problem recommending Bethel to others.
