It was excelent service from the moment I called to make an appointment until when I picked up my car. Everybody was very professional and helpful. The work itself was second to none. I can't even tell my car had work done. I will most certainly bring my car back if anything happens to it. Extremely happy with the results.

The women at the front desk excelled in customer service skills. I could hear them smiling whenever we discussed my repair over the phone and in person, they never had me waiting long periods of time to be helped. The estimator was an expert at his job. He was respectful of my time and was happy to answer any questions I had regarding payment or the time it would take to repair the vehicle. His advice to order the parts prior to bringing the car in saved me from using a rental longer than I had to. His pictures of the car accurately identified all the damage caused by the accident and he thoroughly explained the estimate, so I understood how they would be servicing the vehicle. Although I never met the repair men in person, the gentleman who took my car in when I dropped it off made sure to identify any existing damages and ensured I emptied the vehicle of any personal items of value. The repair was a week faster than what was estimated, which was great news as I have to take it on a road trip later this month and was afraid I might need to rent a car for the trip. The paint job matches well, but I will continue to monitor the color as time goes by. The car drives as it did prior to the accident and I couldn't be happier with the fact the car was delivered washed and ready to drive off the lot. Cheers to your excellent customer service and hasty repair. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs work done on their car.
