Very difficult to get through to someone on the phone without being transferred to voicemail from operator. I was told my vehicle would be ready before my insurance coverage ran out on the rental car, didn't happen. Had to constantly call in for an update, even though I was signed up for text updates. The multiple days the vehicle was promised to be ready came and went without a phone call to update why it wasn't ready or what stage of repair it was in. Car was delivered to me TWICE with warning lights lit on the dash and no explanation as to why it was not cleared before keys were given to me. I had to take my car to an outside dealership MYSELF to have sensors corrected which should have been done BEFORE I was told my car is ready, which it never truly was. I will NEVER be returning to Sandoval Buick GMC for ANY reason and will NOT refer any friends, family or colleagues to this establishment!
