The only part of the process which I found to be unsatisfactory was the hard sell during the rental car process. I did not appreciate the upsell of rental car insurance. This reflects poorly on Fix Auto and GEICO. I would appreciate a resolution to this matter. As a first time customer of Fix Auto, I would definitely consider using your services again, however, if I have another unpleasant experience with the rental car, I will go back to my previous body shop. As an owner of five cars, I do find myself using the services of a body shop more frequently than I desire, but the folks at Fix Auto and the GEICO adjuster were amazing!
