Repairs were done well and on time. Communication from the text system indicated a 12/22 completion, but adjuster called to inform me that repairs were completed on 12/19 - which is great. The issue is with the communication between the insurance company, Chrome Collision and Enterprise car rentals. Good customer service would dictate that all 3 are on the same page as to ensuring the least hassle and expense for the customer and that all necessary extensions or approvals are verified upfront.
