It would have been nice to have the entire process broken down and better communication with my insurance. My insurance and the other insurance involved was to pay for everything but there was a lack of communication with my insurance so I had to pay out of pocket.

I almost said no because I had asked for a little extra paint to use on the bottom of the front bumper where it frequently rubs the curb. Elisabeth told me there wasn’t enough paint left over. I said it was not related to the accident and that I would pay extra above the deductible. Seems to me that some accommodation could have been made. The repair work was superlative however!
