It took them 2 MONTHS to repair my vehicle. I will never choose this body shop again for any kind or repairs I may need in the future.

It's obvious you are short handed. The work is within limits but nothing to brag about. The dent that was repaired has ripples in it. The fender that was painted is not in its original shape anymore. I haven't been able to examine it fully due to the lighting but the paint job looks like a spot now wasn't appropriately blended. Drip clump from over painting on the fender. It's obvious it was rushed or repairs performed by a novice. Even though vehicle was there 10 days for relatively minor maintenance repairs the job is rushed and it appears could have been done better. I'm not a complainer and I've seen lots of body work in fact much better work to my same vehicle 8 years ago from your shop. That's why I came back but I can say hopefully I'll never have to be back but if so I probably would choose another shop. Your staff is unorganized, lacks communication skills, I received no communication for 6 days, called left voice message and received no call back. I called again the next day left message with Daniel to have someone call me and it wasn't until a second call at the end of the day I spoke with the advisor expecting to pick up my vehicle and was informed the work wasn't complete because of an insurance issue I was never made aware of which I promptly resolved once I became aware. I received more commutation via text message after I picked my truck up. I feel sorry for all the other customers who have the same experience I did. Hopefully they won't care about a "perfect" repair like I did.

I had work done on the roof/antenna. The radio was working when I brought the car in. When I picked up the radio, the satellite system was not working (no signal). I was told to contact Sirius XM and have them resend the signal. I tried that on my drive home and they were no successful in connecting with the vehicle. They advised to take it back to the dealer. After getting home, the FM and AM radio stopped working as well. Again, all these items were working when I brought the car in for repair. It seems the quality inspection on the work done was not very thorough. I would imagine that if you are working on a part (in their case antenna) then when the work is in progress/complete that you test all the functionality associated with the it. I will now have to lose more time bringing the vehicle back for another repair that could have been avoided.
