I was satisfied with customer service abd work done to my vehicle. However the invoice and edtimate should have had both names Larry and Daphne McCain(which is how it is on insurance as well as what is on the registration). I am not happy with that. Thank You Daphne **** McCain

There were some visible paint chips on the back of the vehicle that either occurred in the shop or weren't seen on the initial damage inspection. They were painted over during the repair process but not fixed. I pointed it out before I left but as the shop was about to close they asked that I return Momday morning.

My car looks great and was completed on time. Excellent customer service! Every employee I met was patient, polite, and very helpful. I asked Oscar and Ian some pretty inane questions and they answered each one with care and consideration. Tge enterprise team was great too -- Michael took care of me quickly, explained things thoroughly, and was very accommodating. I also appreciated the text updates on my car's status. And the billing process -- loved how EASY it was. Excellent job all around. I don't want to HAVE TO come back to Koons, but if I have another accident I know where I'll take my Acura. :)
