Was satisfied with almost everything. Took over 2 weeks but that did not really bother me. I understood why I could not have the car back while waiting on parts. The thing that is a problem is the rear left passenger door has a metal or plastic part inside it that rattled continuously if the road has any roughness to it. I would like to bring the car in one day to see if **** can get rid of the rattle. Overall very happy with the work- just not 100%.

Initial visit found me falling "totally thru the cracks". Four days after dropping it off for the first time at the ****-made appointment it was still setting in your bone yard, untouched. The second attempt to repair said vehicle found a very poorly matched paint. Even Matt, the ****, Chase and John agreed. Why then was I instructed to pick up vehicle and pay the bill? **** review of initial bad paint match should have caught that problem. Now we fast forward to today with finally a good paint match which I was invited to approve, and I did. Thank you for that. However the attempted delivery was sidetracked by lack of communication. I hopefully the vehicle will be completed and ready for delivery tomorrow. The bill was paid today. Thank you for your concern and follow up. Don James

We would definitely use Bakers again if we need our car repaired. Chase provided exceptional customer service. There was a glitch with the insurance company not providing information in a timely manner. He made sure that we did not have to wait and be inconvenienced because of their issues. He represents your company very well by putting the customer first. Our car looks good as new on the outside, and the inside looked great too. Thanks for a job well done.

If a customer has a valid concern about damage to their vehicle that they were not sure was present when the vehicle arrived at **** Collision, whether right or wrong, an employee with **** Collision should listen to their concern without judgment until all of the facts have been reviewed. John Reeves immediately told me that the damage to the hood was pre-existing without even reviewing the photos that were taken when the vehicle was dropped off. He then looked at photos on his laptop with me and he said he couldn’t see damage on their photos. In addition, his employee had not documented any damage to the hood when I dropped the vehicle. He said they don’t document everything when a vehicle is dropped off, but was quick to assure me that the damage was pre-existing. In this instance, Mr. Reeves showed a lack of professionalism and a lack of knowing how to speak with a customer. Also the in-house Enterprise representative was very annoyed that she would have to wait with me for Enterprise to deliver my rental as she kept reiterating to me that she was going to be late for her Meals on Wheels appointment. A customer does not need to know the hopefully, off duty tasks of a business professional and should not be made to feel guilty that they are the reason she will be late for a Meals on Wheels appointment.
