Everybody was awesome. From the first phone call to Mr. Reeves, working with Chase and whoever was updating me through text. Best experience I've had with a body shop by far.

The body work is excellent, just had some minor mechanical bugs to work out.

My dissatisfaction is not with the repair service, but I am VERY dissatisfied with the questionable honesty & integrity of the car rental service recommended and located in your facility. I was charged $76.11 to my credit card & that resulted in an over the limit charge to my account because I did not have any available credit on the card. I trusted both your employee and the enterprise employee when I was told I would not be charged anything & the weekend charges for the rental would be taken care of by ****. Since receiving my car on Thursday, I have had 3 people comment on how excellent the work looks and interested in using the repair shop I used, but I am skeptical about sharing the information of where my repair work was completed because I don't want to pass along information when a portion of my experience was not good and they may receive the same treatment; therefore, I have not shared your company's name yet. Please assist me clearing up the charge to my account so I can feel confident referring others to you. Your shop's work was excellent and others need to experience it... I did share the charges concern upon pickup with JC, the enterprise representative. I am hoping he is working on clearing up the issue. He seems to be very honest do I hope he comes through with taking care of this before 30 days when I will incur even more fees as a result of this one charge. Your assistance is appreciated. It's never pleasing to go through your child's first accident and then collision repair. My success with **** previously led me back to you. I didn't even bother getting 2nd and 3rd estimates. I really enjoyed dealing with Chase and the convenience of having Enterprise on-site was an added bonus for me and my time as well.

**** did a great job on my GMC Terrain and I've never seen a body shop be as quick or professional. The guy who who helped us out at **** from the beginning was name chase ,I believe and he went out of his way to help us. I would recommend **** to anyone .

I live two hours away. When I got home I noticed the muffler was not secured to the undercarriage of the car. It was flopping around making a noise. I would have thought this would've been noticed during quality control inspection. I now have to find a muffler shop in my area to get it fixed again

When I picked up my car on Saturday 4/30/16 I found a scratch on the back passenger side, the hood needing to be aligned and after driving the vehicle for about 15 minutes the battery light came on and the dash read check charging system.
