First, let me say that they did everything they could to make things right so, as far as that goes, they were great and I am satisfied. However, after the repairs were originally "done", they weren't done. The paint had drop marks on it and I could still see where the damage was. So, I left it so they could fix it again. When I came back to pick it up, it still had a neon green arrow scribbled, pointing towards something that was originally there when I dropped off the car to get repaired! The manager took a look and said he could have someone fix the problem and buff off the green markings, which he did, so I left with the vehicle. Then, I realized that my key fob no longer worked (it worked fine when I dropped it off)!!! I was going to have to go back AGAIN! I spoke with Chase and he had someone come out to my place of work and pick up the vehicle, take it back to the shop and fix whatever the problem was that was preventing the fob from working (something disconnected and not reconnected is my guess). They did the repair and dropped my vehicle back off, which I appreciate. All that said, I like the final result. The car looks good as new and the key fob is back to working like normal. However, it should NOT take what I went through to get to that point. Quality control is severely lacking there. Anyone could have checked the work once done (just as I did when I went to pick it up...it was plain to see), but they just didn't. It's also very hard to not see a bright, neon green arrow pointing out damage. How someone could miss that and allow a customer to come pick up their vehicle because it was "done" is beyond me. Again, no one checked it. Aside from the actual work performed, I have to say that everyone I dealt with there was friendly and professional and easy to talk to. They made the checking in process quick and easy. Once the work was finally finished, they made the checking out process just as smooth. Kudo's there. :-)

Everyone was friendly and professional at each step along the way. All of our needs were taken into consideration and they delivered our vehicle back ahead of the original date promised.

In general the service was good and the repair looks great. Our disappointment comes in having been quoted and verbally assured of a new bumper cover only to arrive to find a repaired one. Mr. Jeff resolved the matter. We suggest that in the future the customer be informed of such changes ahead of time.
