Really appreciate the pace of my cars completion as well as the quality of repair. Excellent customer service, too. USAA didn't let me down by recommending **** Collison.

The car will be coming back on Monday. Orange peel, over spray and dirt and bubbles in the clear coat. Already contacted statefarm so they're aware to leave the claim open.

I do not under stand how you could not hear noise in front end. You did drive it from your Irmo shop to Lexington.

I will never use Bakers Collision again. Nationwide is in cahoots with Bakers and Chase told Nationwide my car was drivable after his bumper work which was not new and my fog lights do not match on my Cadillac. I paid to have car towed by flat bed which did not happen when it was picked up. I could have blown my engine driving my car if I listened to the lie Chase told. They never addressed my stability system and told Nationwide no codes were coming up. They stole 1200.00 I feel for their no good work. This is the email I sent to my Nationwide adjuster: Mr Boykin Just for the record I did have my car towed from Bakers Collision. By Chase telling you my car WS drivable let me know how his company nor Nationwide cared about me driving my car in that rough condition. Oh I made sure a flat bed picked my Cadillac CTS up as well which Nationwide should have done the same. I would never recommend Bakers Collision to anyone. My headlights no longer match either. (pic attached) I asked my mechanic to let me know if the flat plastic piece that run from my bumper to partial under carriage was installed. (diagram attached)the flat piece in middle of #13 in diagram. My stability is due was never addressed either but since Chase the people whom Nationwide guarantees does good work said no codes were coming up I'm just out of luck I see. Never mind with what the insurer says. I'm disappointed with this whole process you told me I would not be without a car until my car was corrected yet you tell me if i need rental while mechanical and stability issues are addressed I have to pay for it like I paid for the flat bed tow from Bakers to a mechanical shop today. Riding rough is not correct which prior to being towed and dragged to this collision shop it was not riding rough it did have steering play. I would have been a fool to drive my car in the condition it is now in from Bakers. I m looking forward to getting a survey I will give it a total zero and the same on reviews for Bakers Collision. **** exceeded my expectations! Repairs were completed 3 days earlier than was expected. I wanted to drive my car (not a rental car) out of town, and Bakef made it happened! Thank You Soooo Much! The friendly staff and professionalism was top notched!!!!

Car looks great.completely good experience except for the snag of postponement for work, putting finish date out to 7 days instead of three. This was corrected, work finished in 3 days as promised and all is well. Thanks for getting to me as promised. GOOD JOB.
