The repairs were good. Only thing is getting someone on the phone was difficult.

I really appreciate how JC handled everything from the first phone call to the very end. He was very professional and understanding during the whole process. When I asked questions he answered them with confidence and didn't try talk about things over my head to make me feel like I didn't understand what was going on. He even asked for a second opinion on a part of the damage just to be sure he was giving me the most accurate information and a lot of people wouldn't have done that, but I was very impressed he did and made me feel even more reassured that everyone at **** cared about the customer and the quality of the job they do. The updates via text and phone call were very timely and helpful and again any questions were answered. I never felt like I was being a bother when asking questions no matter how simple. Top notch customer service and my car looks like new again and ahead of the scheduled time! Definitely a job well done by all involved! We had used the body shop at Ben Satcher Ford, then it became Summit Colision, but with most of the same people, and the work was still good, so we continued there. Now Summit is gone and we were looking for a reliable shop we could trust to do good work. I believe we've found it. And as a bonus, the people are pleasant and they do what they say they'll do. That ought to be ordinary but it's not; it's exceptional.
