Kim was so great! She was friendly and helped me through every step. The service was fast and kept you updated all the way to the end. The only problem I am having is my car won't crank and I am having to jump it off everytime I turn my car off. I was able to start it when I picked it up even though it hesitated the first few seconds. I came home and parked my car and came back out 3 hours later to leave and won't crank jumped it off and went on to the store. After leaving the store I can't crank the car having to get someone to jump me off again.i wasn't having any mechanical problems with my car before hand.
