The facility was very clean and organized. Everything was done decently and in order. Laura and Terry (the estimate man) were the best. Terry even checked my car to make sure the computer dash lights were off before I drove away. The Aquarium and Labradoodle were both very calming. I have one concern. My driver side window does not roll up automatically. It rolls down automatically
