There was great communication throughout the entire repair process. When I picked up my car, it looked great and was clean on both the inside and outside!

I thought the guy who handled it was a bit rude, it was not completed on time which was a major inconvenience, and felt it was a poor paint color match. I chose this shop because it was in close proximity to my route home, it was a poor choice. The admin woman at the counter was pleasant; however, I will never recommend this Abra to anyone.

The estimate for work with the insurance company did not include all the damage. For example, the running boards on the driver side were damaged in the accident but they were never repaired. Now the claim is over and I will have to complete/pay for the work myself. Also there are some scuffs in the paint as a result of the accident that were not buffed out. It seems like this was a rush job instead of the normal high quality the I have come to expect from ABRA.
