Although the repairs took longer than expected, it was worth a few more days. Unseen damage/repairs were discovered/necessary and Vinnie worked directly with the insurance company to get these repairs added on and completed. The extra effort and attention to detail were impressive and Vinnie did a great job of keeping me informed of what was happening. I also appreciated a ride to/from my house during the repair process.
