Upon pickup they had not vacuumed any of the broken glass out of the back. The tech discovered it while showing me the fixes and did take the van back and clean up the glass, however i had to then sit and wait an extra 20 minutes. Workmanship on the actual fixes seems ok so far. Just lacking some finishing touches like cleaning all the glass that would have made it an excellent experience.

I was told by the Hartford Insurance Company that there would be a two party check issued to White Auto body for the repair of the vehicle,that upon completion would need both signatures. I never signed any forms, or saw the check. I wonder what the real repair costs were,and if they fudged that as well. When I picked up my vehicle the customer survey was already filled out for me. I just could not believe it!

My engine light is still on, it was NOT on prior to the accident, the car stopped on me after I picked it up, I took it back twice, I was lied to, I was told it was the coral, I had to take it to the dealer & pay for diagnostic testing & was told it was the cadilic converters & not related, then told it was the sensor. 10,700.00 worth of damage and my vehicle is still not repaired. I am totally dissatisfied. I had no engine or brake lights on prior to the accident & my car was running fine. If I had known the auto body shop was only capable of fixing the putter only I would have had it towed to the dealer.
