My windshield was cracked upon return, though ABRA is replacing it, a complete walk through should have taken place before they called and said it was ready. I'm glad my husband noticed because no one there said anything about what was very noticeable.

My satisfaction is based on the amount of time it took to complete the repairs--not on the work itself or the customer service. If I were the insurance company and paying for a rental car, I would have been mad. As it was--my Mom didn't have rental insurance and was without her car for almost a month (April 10-May 9). First, it took a week to get in for an estimate. Then another eeek before I could bring in the car. Then they kept finding things wrong and needing to order more parts. Once they realized there was more damage than they had estimated, they should have figured out what ALL they would need to fix it! They kept telling me it would be ready the next day for a whole week. Really?? I don't live in Florissant and couldn't even plan around helping my Mom pick up her car.
